Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods

We currently ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) only.

Available options may include First-Class, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express, depending on the size and weight of your order.
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

We may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly stated on the website.
Delivery Estimates

U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on USPS service and seasonal demand.
Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

You can use this number to follow your shipment on the USPS website.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item, and we will work with you on a replacement.

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are with USPS, but we will help you file a claim if needed.
International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
